Provide the filled dimensions and weight, including any internal retail pack. Discuss thickness, seams and closure requirements rather than assuming that every poly mailer offers the same protection.

Questions about this packaging

Are flat mailer dimensions the same as usable capacity?

No. Closure areas, seams, padding and product thickness affect usable space. Provide the dimensions of the product as packed and ask for the usable internal measurements of the proposed mailer.
